OKEx will undergo system maintenance at 10:30 am UTC on Nov. 12 in order to optimize our service and improve users’ trading experience. Options transactions will be the only service affected.
During maintenance, options trading features that could be affected include market quotes, placing orders, cancelling orders and amending orders. Transfer funds will not be affected. Maintenance will take place on the OKEx website, app and API (both queries and operations).
This maintenance will not affect your account balance nor the use of other functions of the platform. Your account security is still guaranteed.
The maintenance is estimated to be completed within 10 minutes, and we will inform you through an announcement once the service is resumed. Please feel free to ask for the latest update on the maintenance via the official Telegram group or contact us via Customer Support.
